With a shared passion for beer brewing, Bryggeriet Braunstein and De 5 Gaarde have teamed up for a new series of organic specialty beers under the name Woodcock.

Woodcock is a tribute to Danish nature and takes its starting point in the fondness for Bekkasinen, which is the Danish name for Woodcock.

The woodcock is a magnificent bird that, with its camouflaged plumage, cannot be seen. It manages to adapt to the colors of nature, blending in with its surroundings.
